地处川东北部的四川省宣汉县是一个国家级贫困县。近五年来,宣汉县总不断创新工会经费管理,注重工会经费使用效益,不但使工会经费年增长率保持在10%以上,而且工会经费的管理、使用也取得了显著成果。
Xuanhan County, located in the northeast of Sichuan Province, is a state-level poverty county. In the past five years, Xuanhan County has constantly innovated the management of the funds of trade unions and paid attention to the efficiency of the use of unions’ funds. This not only kept the annual growth rate of trade union funds above 10%, but also made remarkable achievements in the management and use of union funds.
