从国外住宅合作金融支持住宅建设与消费的成功经验入手,论证在我国住宅商品化进程中培育以居民支付力为基础的住宅市场应发展住宅合作金融及发展住宅合作金融可以采用住宅合作社的形式,并从资金来源保障和应理顺的关系两方面阐明发展我国住宅合作金融的策略。
Starting with the successful experience of foreign residential cooperative finance in supporting housing construction and consumption, this paper argues that residential housing finance should be developed in housing market based on residents’ pay ability in the process of housing commercialization. Housing cooperative finance can be developed in the form of residential cooperatives, And expounds the strategy of developing China’s residential cooperative finance from two aspects of the guarantee of source of funds and the smooth relationship.
