对3个月至足月胎儿的晶状体纤维、晶状体囊、悬韧带及晶状体周围的血管进行了扫描电镜下的观察。晶状体纤维的短面上有分布规律、大小一致的突起。这种分布型式在3个月至足月,在晶体皮质及晶体核均相同。晶体状悬韧带在胎儿第4个月时出现。悬韧带起自睫状体扁平部,睫状体突部及睫状体谷部。在晶状体囊上未见到孔洞。在8个月胎儿的晶状体赤道部表面及虹膜后的晶状体前表面,仍可看到含血的血管。
