A286铁基合金是一种使奥氏体基体析出微细γ′相的强化材料,即使在超高温和低温状态下,材料也具有稳定的组织、很高的强度和韧性。近年来,在以能源为中心的各种领域内,正不断开发出用于超高温和超低温等特殊环境的设备,对用于制作这类设备结构件的A286材料的需求也越来越大。本文介绍了关于A286铁基合金大型锻件制造方法的开发、实际制造经验以及对材料内部性质的研究结果。
A286 iron-based alloy is a austenitic matrix precipitated fine γ ’phase strengthening material, even in the ultra-high temperature and low temperature conditions, the material also has a stable structure, high strength and toughness. In recent years, equipment for special environments such as ultra-high temperature and ultra-low temperature has been continuously developed in various fields of energy-centricity and there is an increasing demand for A286 material for making such equipment structural members. This article describes the development of A286 iron-based alloy forging large manufacturing methods, the actual manufacturing experience as well as the study of the internal properties of the material.
