目的了解河南省医疗机构相关人员对于传染病报告要求与诊断标准的知晓情况。方法首先采取分层随机抽样的方法确定被调查对象,然后再对被调查对象进行访谈和询问,由调查人员填写调查表。结果医疗机构相关人员对麻疹病例报告要求的回答正确者98人,正确率为58.68%,对急、慢性乙肝确诊病例诊断标准回答正确者分别为22人和64人,正确率依次为13.17%和38.32%,对其它感染性腹泻临床诊断标准回答正确者67人,正确率为40.11%。疫情报告管理人员回答正确率大多低于临床医生,但是二者差异无统计学意义。结论医疗机构相关人员对传染病报告要求与诊断标准掌握正确性甚差,目前急需反复对其进行有效的强化培训。
Objective To understand the medical staff in Henan Province, the reporting requirements for infectious diseases and diagnostic criteria of the situation. Methods Firstly, stratified random sampling method was used to determine the respondents, and then interviews and inquiries were made to the respondents. The investigators filled in the questionnaire. Results There were 98 correct answers and 58.68% correct answers to the reports of measles cases. The correct answers to the diagnostic criteria of acute and chronic hepatitis B cases were 22 and 64, respectively, with correct rates of 13.17% and 38.32%. The correct answer to the clinical diagnostic criteria of other infectious diarrhea was 67, the correct rate was 40.11%. Outpatients reported that the correct rate of response was mostly lower than that of clinicians, but the difference was insignificant. Conclusion The relevant personnel of medical institutions have very poor grasp of the reporting requirements and diagnostic criteria of infectious diseases, so it is urgently needed to conduct effective intensive training on them.
