At the beginning of 2010, large-scale “migrant labor shortages” swept China’s “Yangtze River Delta,” and “Pearl River Delta,” and other coastal economically developed regions. According to relevant statistics, China will have 6.3 million university graduates this year. Some of them are unemployed after graduating—on the one hand, there is a shortage of migrant workers, and on the other, it is difficult for university students to find a job. Therefore, the “workforce shortage” is indeed an opportunity for college students to solve employment, but at the same time it is also a challenge - after all, it is still a concept challenge: Can college students put aside their stature to work for migrant workers? The great man Mao Zedong, Yuan Longping, father of hybrid rice, and Zhao Zhongxiang, the big-time literary and art circle, have brilliant insights that can be used by students for reference.
