我们采用 OKT 系列抗人淋巴细胞单克隆抗体,通过间接免疫荧光法,观察了30例再生障碍性贫血(以下简称再障)患者外周血及骨髓单个核细胞中淋巴细胞亚群的分布特点。在30例患者中25例外周血 OKT_4细胞减少,OKT_8细胞增加,OKT_4/OKT_6减低,其中21例 OKT_4/OKT_8倒置。25例患者骨髓单个核细胞中 OKT_4/OKT_8低于正常对照组。结果表明,部分再障病人存在免疫异常,而且再障的发病机制是复杂的。测定再障患者骨髓中 OKT_4/OKT_8不如外周血意义大。
We use OKT series of anti-human lymphocyte monoclonal antibodies by indirect immunofluorescence method to observe the distribution of lymphocyte subsets in peripheral blood and bone marrow mononuclear cells of 30 patients with aplastic anemia (hereinafter referred to as aplastic anemia). OKT_4 cells decreased, OKT_8 cells decreased, and OKT_4 / OKT_6 decreased in 25 of 30 patients, of which 21 cases were OKT_4 / OKT_8 inverted. OKT_4 / OKT_8 in 25 patients with bone marrow mononuclear cells was lower than the normal control group. The results show that some patients with aplastic anemia immune abnormalities, and the pathogenesis of aplastic anemia is complicated. Determination of aplastic anemia in bone marrow OKT_4 / OKT_8 as peripheral blood less meaningful.
