1、病例介绍 患者,田某,女,38岁。进行性右鼻塞6个月于1995年11月6日入院。入院前7个月右上列牙齿疼痛,继之右鼻塞,进行性加重。随后右眼流泪,右面颊疼痛。右鼻腔偶尔流出黄色稀薄液体,无臭味。入院检查:右鼻腔外侧壁内移,右上颌窦区压痛。右上颌窦穿刺软组织感。副鼻窦CT:右上颌窦膨大,各壁骨质变薄,窦内充满密度均匀软组织影。头CT未见异常。病理回报:神经纤维瘤。入院9天后右面颊疼痛加剧,眼球向上向外凸出。此时怀疑恶性可能性大。于是取病理外地会诊回报为:倾向神经鞘瘤之诊断。于入院后23天行
1, case presentation patients, Tian Mou, female, 38 years old. Progressive right nasal obstruction for 6 months in November 6, 1995 admission. 7 months before admission right upper teeth pain, followed by the right nasal obstruction, progressive increase. Then the right eye tears, right cheek pain. Occasionally out of the right nasal yellow thin liquid, odorless. Admission examination: the right nasal cavity lateral wall shift, right maxillary sinus area tenderness. Right maxillary sinus puncture soft tissue. Paranasal sinus CT: right maxillary sinus enlargement, thinning of the bone wall, the sinus is filled with uniform density of soft tissue shadow. Head CT no abnormalities. Pathological report: Neurofibromatosis. Pain in the right cheek increased after 9 days of hospital admission, and the eyeball bulged upwardly and outwardly. Suspected of malignant possibility at this moment. So take the pathology of the consultation report as: the diagnosis of schwannoma. 23 days after admission
