[目的]研究接种外生菌根菌对白皮松生长的促进作用。[方法]对白皮松古树和小树接种不同剂量的彩色豆马勃菌,研究其对白皮松生长的影响。[结果]接种彩色豆马勃后,白皮松古树和小树的根部菌根侵染率明显得到提高,在小树中,使用菌的数量越多,菌根侵染率也越高;接种菌根菌能显著地促进白皮松古树的生长,对白皮松小树树高的生长也具有明显的促进作用,但对地围的促进作用不显著;接种菌根菌能促使白皮松小树对土壤中氮、磷的吸收。[结论]该研究为白皮松在南方的良好生长提供了技术支持。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the promotion effect of ectomycorrhizal fungi on the growth of Pinus bungeana. [Method] Paeonia suffruticosa were inoculated with different dosages of M. beanie and their effects on the growth of Pinus bungeana. [Result] The results showed that the mycorrhizal infection rate of P. bungeana was significantly increased after inoculation of V. faba inoculated, and the more mycorrhizal fungi in the tree, the higher mycorrhizal infection rate. Inoculation bacteria Root can significantly promote the growth of Pinus bungeana trees, the Pinus bungeana tree height growth also has a significant role in promoting, but not on the promotion of the girth is significant; inoculation of mycorrhizal fungi can promote Pinus bungeana on soil nitrogen , Phosphorus absorption. [Conclusion] The study provided technical support for the good growth of Pinus bungeana in the south.
