目的对全市179028例新生儿进行先天性甲状腺功能低下及苯丙酮尿症筛查,了解石家庄市两病发病率。方法CH筛查采用时间分辨免疫荧光分析法(DELFIA)测定血促甲状腺激素(TSH)浓度,PKU筛查使用细菌抑制法及DELFIA法测定新生儿血片中的苯丙氨酸(Phe)含量,试剂由芬兰PE公司、北京协和洛克公司提供。结果石家庄市先天性甲状腺功能低下的发病率为1/3140;苯丙酮尿症的发病率为1/6886。结论石家庄市两病发病率远远高于全国平均发病率。
Objective To investigate the congenital hypothyroidism and phenylketonuria screening of 179,028 newborns in the city to understand the incidence of two diseases in Shijiazhuang City. Methods Thyroid hormone (TSH) concentrations were determined by time-resolved immunofluorescence assay (DELFIA) in CH screening. The phenylalanine (Phe) levels in neonate were determined by bacterial inhibition and DELFIA in PKU screening. Reagents by the Finnish PE company, Beijing Concord Locke company. Results The incidence of congenital hypothyroidism in Shijiazhuang was 1/3140; the incidence of phenylketonuria was 1/6886. Conclusion The incidence of two diseases in Shijiazhuang is far higher than the national average.
