(一)人们的思想观念,是社会客观存在的反映。客观情况变了,人们的思想观念也要随着变。社会主义社会的基本矛盾,仍然是生产关系和生产力,上层建筑和经济基础之间的矛盾。无产阶级取得政权之后,作为执政党领导社会主义建设的根本任务就是发展生产力。要围绕解决人民日益增长的物质文化需要同落后的社会生产之间的矛盾,自觉地、经常地调整和改革生产关系和上层建筑中同生产力发展不相适应的环节,促进生产力发展。这些调整和改革,都是在党和政府领导下进行的,是社会主义制度的自我完善,是社会主义社会不断向前发展的内在需要。
(A) people's ideas and concepts, is a reflection of the objective existence of society. The objective situation has changed, people's ideas and concepts have to change. The basic contradictions in socialist society are still the contradictions between the relations of production and the productive forces, the superstructure and the economic foundation. After the proletariat has acquired political power, the fundamental task of leading the development of socialism as the ruling party is to develop the productive forces. We must conscientiously and constantly readjust and reform the incompatible links in the relations of production and in the superstructure with the development of productive forces around the contradiction between the solution to the growing material and cultural needs of the people and the backward social production and promote the development of productive forces. These adjustments and reforms are conducted under the leadership of the party and the government. They are the self-improvement of the socialist system and the inherent need of the continuous development of socialist society.
