在我国医疗体制改革不断深化的新形势下,医院全成本核算管理已经成为我国各级各类医院成本核算管理的重要模式,而绩效评价作为一种管理模式,在医院全成本核算管理中的作用日益显著,但目前我国很多医院对此缺乏深刻的认识。本文对医院全成本核算管理中应用绩效考评的作用进行了探讨,首先对其作用进行了有效地分析,然后就如何更好的在医院全成本核算管理中应用绩效评价提出一些思路,旨在为医院全成本核算管理更好的应用绩效评价提供一些参考。
Under the new situation of deepening medical system reform in our country, the full cost accounting management of hospitals has become an important mode of cost accounting management in all kinds of hospitals in our country. However, as a management mode, performance appraisal plays a role in the management of hospital full cost accounting However, at present, many hospitals in our country lack a deep understanding of this. This paper discusses the role of application performance appraisal in hospital full cost accounting management. Firstly, it analyzes its function effectively and then puts forward some ideas on how to apply performance appraisal in hospital full cost accounting management. Hospital cost accounting management better application performance evaluation provide some reference.
