目的:采用高效液相色谱法建立了一种全面控制止嗽定喘丸(浓缩丸)内在质量的方法。方法:以混合对照药材作为对照,对处方中全部药味进行定性鉴别。结果:4批样品均呈现与混合对照药材色谱保留时间一致的主要特征峰,各味药材不相互干扰。结论:本方法重复性好,操作简便,可作为止嗽定喘丸(浓缩丸)的质量控制方法。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the comprehensive control of the intrinsic quality of Zhudong Dingchuan Pills (Pills) by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods: The mixed reference herbs as a control, the prescription of all the flavor qualitative identification. Results: Four batches of samples showed the same characteristic peaks as the chromatographic retention time of the mixed reference drug. The medicinal herbs did not interfere with each other. Conclusion: The method is reproducible and easy to operate and can be used as a quality control method for Zhuxian Dingchuan Pill (Pill).
