为了解聋人在噪声中的言语辨别能力及使用助听器的实际受益情况,本文采用自行设计的汉语SPIN测试方法,测试了60例正常人和46例聋人。结果表明,正常人得分差异小,聋人在相同信噪比下的言语辨别率比正常人差,且随耳聋程度的增加而辨别率下降,个体差异明显增大。经分析聋人在使用助听器后的效果,表明SPIN测试更接近日常听觉环境,在助听器选配中具有实际应用价值。
In order to understand the speech recognition ability of deaf people in noise and the actual benefit of using hearing aids, 60 Chinese normal subjects and 46 deaf individuals were tested in Chinese SPIN test. The results showed that there was a small difference in scores among normal people, deaf people had worse speech discrimination rate than normal people under the same signal-to-noise ratio, and their derecognition rate decreased with the increase of deafness rate. Individual differences were significantly increased. After analyzing the effect of using hearing aids in deaf people, it shows that the SPIN test is more close to the daily auditory environment and has practical application value in the matching of hearing aid.
