应用毛细管区带电泳法,对伸筋丹胶囊中的士的宁和马钱子碱成分进行了分离研究。采 用pH=6.0的0.2 mol/L.tris-磷酸溶液作为缓冲液;运行电压20 kV;检测波长为260nm,被测成 分可得到较好分离。用内标法测定其含量,结果表明,在 0.02~0.15 mg/mL范围内,士的宁和马 钱子碱均与内标峰面积之比呈良好线性关系,平均回收率分别为95.1%(RSD=2.8%)和96.4% (RSD=3.0 %)。
Separation of strychnine and strychnine components in Shenjindan Capsules was studied by capillary zone electrophoresis. Use 0.2 mol/L with pH=6.0. The tris-phosphate solution was used as a buffer; the operating voltage was 20 kV; the detection wavelength was 260 nm, and the measured components were well separated.
