自发性膀胱破裂(SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF BLADDER)系指非外伤引起的膀胱破裂,临床比较少见,极易忽略。本院自1984年以来共收治自发性膀胱破裂16例,报告如下。 临床资料 本组16例,男9例,女7例,年龄19～65岁。病程3小时～38天。膀胱裂口部位:11例位于顶部,5例位于底部。裂口小于1cm3例,1.1～2cm8例,2,1～3cm5例。酗酒后破裂6例,结核性挛缩膀胱破裂2例,膀胱炎症破裂2例,前列腺肥大尿潴留破裂2例,
Spontaneous bladder rupture (SPONTANEOUS RUPTURE OF BLADDER) refers to non-traumatic bladder rupture, clinical relatively rare, easily overlooked. The hospital since 1984 were treated 16 cases of spontaneous bladder rupture, the report is as follows. Clinical data The group of 16 patients, 9 males and 7 females, aged 19 to 65 years.
