一、各级政府要认真贯彻实施《献血法》,把无偿献血工作当作关系人民身体健康的大事来抓。《献血法》第一次在法律上明确规定国家实行无偿献血制度,是规范我国血液工作的一部重要法律。实施《献血法》是一件关系人民切身利益的大事,涉及面广,政策性强。在我国,这又是一项开创性的工作。各级政府的领导同志一定要提高对实施《献血法》重要意义的认识,以强烈的责任感、紧迫感切实加强对献血工作的领导。希望地方各级人民政府及其卫生行政部门承担起各自的职责,根据本地具体情况制订切实可行的工作方案。加大执法力度,并组织、协调各有关部门、有关方面共同做好无偿献血工作。要充分发挥红十字会在无偿献血工作 First, governments at all levels must conscientiously implement the “Blood Donation Law,” and regard unpaid blood donation as a major issue that concerns people’s health.
