新产品决策工作对企业及产品发展的命运和前途是一项不可忽视的决定因素。为了搞好这项工作,应采取以下对策: 1.完善承包方案。推行厂长经营承包责任制后,厂长在企业里处于中心地位,新产品决策工作的成败,首先取决于厂长的意识及战略眼光。为克服承包责任制中的短期行为,应对厂长承包的内容充实和完善,把搞好“新产品决策,不断开发新产品并获取成效”的内容归纳到承包责任中去,以促使企业领导重视该项工作。 2.加速观念更新。
