目的研究环丙沙星对小鼠免疫毒性和肌肉品质的影响。方法将小鼠分为对照组和环丙沙星高、中、低剂量组(44,11,5.5 mg/kg);每组10只动物,连续7 d腹腔注射给药,每日1次;通过计算小鼠胸腺和脾脏指数,观察脾淋巴细胞形态变化来探讨该药的免疫毒性;通过检测肌肉蛋白质含量、肌肉pH值,观察其对小鼠肌肉品质的影响。结果对照组胸腺和脾脏系数分别为(9.1±2.3),(6.3±1.1)mg/g,高剂量组胸腺和脾脏系数分别为(6.5±1.6),(3.4±0.5)mg/g,与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);而中、低剂量组的脾脏指数与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);环丙沙星各剂量组与对照组比较,肌肉pH值变化不明显;环丙沙星高、中、低剂量肌肉蛋白质含量分别为(24.68±0.55),(22.48±0.54),(21.22±1.25)g/100 g,与对照组(31.83±2.36)g/100 g比较明显下降(P<0.05);与对照组比较,高剂量组脾淋巴细胞形态异常。结论环丙沙星对小鼠具有一定的免疫毒性,明显减少了肌肉蛋白质含量。
Objective To study the effects of ciprofloxacin on the immunotoxicity and muscle quality in mice. Methods Mice were divided into control group and ciprofloxacin high, medium and low dose groups (44, 11, 5.5 mg / kg); 10 animals in each group were injected intraperitoneally once daily for 7 days; The thymus and spleen index of mice were measured to observe the morphological changes of splenic lymphocytes to investigate the immunotoxicity of the drug. Compared with the control group, the spleen lymphocyte morphology of the high dose group was abnormal. Conclusion Ciprofloxacin has a certain immunotoxicity on mice, significantly reducing the muscle protein content.
