介绍细菌药物敏感最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)微孔检测板的性能及用途。本微孔检测板制作上以聚苯乙稀为主材料 ,一排四方型盲孔为药物载体。全板条密封、干燥 ,确保药物稳定。操作上只需将细菌悬液穿刺灌入板条内 ,随即抽回孔外多余细菌悬液 ,使达到各孔细菌悬液一致的接种目的。 35℃孵育过夜 ,观察细菌在盲孔中生长与否 ,从而测定出最低抑菌浓度 (MIC)。此法与琼脂稀释法比较 ,结果一致 ,可以认为是一种既方便又准确的好方法
Introduce the performance and use of microbiological detection plates for bacterial drug sensitive minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). The microporous detection board is made of polyphenylene-based material, and a row of square blind holes is a drug carrier. All strips are sealed and dried to ensure drug stability. In operation, only the bacterial suspension is punctured and poured into the slats, and excess bacteria suspension is then withdrawn back out of the hole to achieve the same purpose of inoculation of the bacterial suspension in each hole. Incubate at 35°C overnight to observe whether bacteria grow in blind wells to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC). This method is compared with the agar dilution method. The results are consistent and can be considered as a convenient and accurate method.
