世界期货市场已有150多年的历史。二十世纪后期,期货市场迅猛发展,套期保值、价格发现等独特的经济功能,使其成为市场经济中不可替代的重要组成部分,国际金融、贸易活动都以国际期货市场价格为轴心而展开。我国期货市场试点始于九十年代初,经过十年的试点,期货市场的组织框架、法律体系已初步建立起来,期货市场的积极功能逐步得到发挥。1999年,国务院颁布实施了《期货交易管理暂行条例》,进一步确立了期货市场在社会主义市场经济体系中的法律地位,期货市场由此翻开崭新的一页。
The world futures market has more than 150 years of history. In 1999, the State Council promulgated and implemented the Interim Regulations on the Administration of Futures Transactions, further establishing the legal status of the futures market in the socialist market economic system and opening up a completely new chapter in the futures market.
