介绍浮选法矿物脱墨剂MA在江苏某厂250 t·d-1 ONP/OMG/MOW混合废纸脱墨生产线的使用情况,从应用效果和经济效益方面与之前用的生物酶脱墨剂EA进行了对比。结果表明,在原有脱墨工艺不变的情况下,使用MA后,浮选纸浆白度增益平均值较EA增加0.9%ISO;脱墨成浆白度平均值较EA增加2.4%ISO;脱墨成浆油墨尘埃含量较用EA时降低80%;脱墨成浆的L*、a*、b*色相值稳定;吨浆脱墨成本较EA降低15%~20%。
This paper introduces the use of flotation method mineral deinking agent MA in a 250t · d-1 ONP / OMG / MOW mixed waste paper deinking production line in a factory in Jiangsu Province. It compares with the previous application of biological enzyme deinking agent in terms of application effects and economic benefits EA compared. The results showed that the average whiteness gain of flotation pulp was increased by 0.9% ISO compared with that of EA when the original deinking process was unchanged. The average value of deinked pulp whiteness was increased by 2.4% ISO compared with that of EA. The dust content in the plasma ink is reduced by 80% compared with EA; the color values of L *, a *, b * in the deinking into pulp are stable; the deinking cost per ton of pulp is reduced by 15% -20% compared with the EA.
