从温度变化、个体大小和昼夜变化等 3个角度研究栉孔扇贝 (Chlamysfarrei)三倍体与二倍体的排泄率。结果表明 ,栉孔扇贝三倍体与二倍体的排泄率均随温度升高而增大 ;不同壳宽排泄率 (N)与温度 (t)的关系为 :N =7.2 0 33e0 .12 15t,R2 =0 .84 4 1(三倍体s组 ,壳宽约 3.2cm) ;N =8.8153e0 .10 3 1t,R2 =0 .9863(三倍体b组 ,壳宽约 4 .3cm ) ;N =6.4 2 66e0 .132 3t,R2 =0 .870 5(二倍体s组 ,壳宽约 3.0cm) ;N =7.80 55e0 .10 79t,R2 =0 .9139(二倍体b组 ,壳宽约 4 .4cm)。栉孔扇贝三倍体与二倍体的排泄率均随个体的增大而减小 ,并表现为昼高夜低 ,昼夜差异明显 (P <0 .0 5)。t检验结果 ,三倍体与二倍体栉孔扇贝的排泄率没有显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5)。
The excretion rate of triploid and diploid of Chlamys farrei was studied from three aspects: temperature change, individual size and diurnal variation. The results showed that the excretion rate of triploid and diploid of Chlamys farreri increased with the increase of temperature. The relationship between different shell excretion rate (N) and temperature (t) was: N = 7.2 0 33e0.12 15t , R2 = 0.84 4 1 (triploid group s, shell width 3.2cm); N = 8.8153e0.103 1t, R2 = 0.9863 (triploid group b, shell width about 4.3cm) ; N = 6.42 66e0.13 2 3t, R2 = 0.8705 (diploid s group with a shell width of 3.0cm); N = 7.80 55e0.1079t, R2 = 0.9139 (diploid group b, Shell width of about 4 .4cm). The excretion rate of triploid and diploid of Zhikong scallop reduced with the increase of individuals, and showed a high daytime night and a low nighttime nighttime difference (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the excretion rate between triploid and diploid Chlamys farreri (P> 0.05).
