本文介绍一种应用不稳定流动态模拟设计水库控制系统的方法。欲评价水位波动对水库控制的影响,只有通过分析不稳定流的动态特性才能进行。之所以选用教值分析方法是因为用分析方法解不稳定流动态方程是困难的。一种专用的 FORTRA流控制模拟系统(RCSS)已研制成功。RCSS 系统中备有一个不稳定流动方程数值分析程序。借助于这种系统又研制了一种新的水库控制方法,伎蓄水量保持理想值。由于各种噪声使水位数据不可靠,可使用 kalman 滤波,以求得蓄水量的最佳估值。这种最新研制成功的控制方法已证实是水库控制中一种行之有效的方法
This paper presents a method for designing a reservoir control system using dynamic flow simulation. The impact of water level fluctuations on reservoir control can only be evaluated by analyzing the dynamic characteristics of unstable flows. The reason why teaching value analysis is chosen is that it is difficult to solve the dynamic equations of flow instability by analytical methods. A dedicated FORTRA flow control simulation system (RCSS) has been developed. RCSS system is equipped with an unsteady flow equation numerical analysis program. With the help of this system, a new method of reservoir control has been developed, in which the amount of water retained is ideal. Because of the variety of noise that makes the water level data unreliable, kalman filtering can be used to get the best estimate of water storage. This newly developed control method has proven to be an effective method of reservoir control
