在城乡统筹的科学发展战略和市委、市政府“三个集中”思想的指导下,成都市的农业产业化有了突飞猛进的发展。在理论上,农业产业化的风险较大,这个过程必须伴随农业保险的发展。目前,成都市农业产业化与农业保险之间的互动机制还没有有效建立起来,一方面是越来越大的潜在需求未被激发出来,另一方面是实际供给不足的同时却还吸引了国外保险公司的注意。通过分析近年来国内发展农业保险比较成功的几种模式,文章提出的对策是:政府的财政和政策支持是目前成都市农业保险发展最为关键的因素,在此基础上,要积极寻找农业保险赢利的平衡点,建立一个缩小保险供需双方距离的中间组织。 Under the guidance of the scientific development strategy of urban and rural co-ordination and the guidance of the municipal government and “three centralizations,” the industrialization of agriculture in Chengdu has progressed by leaps and bounds.
