EPS(聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料)混凝土是一种新型轻质、保温墙体材料,是以废弃的聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料(EPS)骨料和水泥为主要成分。文章介绍了聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料骨料表面与水泥浆的润湿和粘接的技术措施,以及提高抗冻性的技术关键。确定出的配合比满足了格构建筑体系[1]的基本要求,该混凝土不但可用于内、外非承重墙和屋面等,也可用作其它吸水率较大材料的包覆材料。
EPS (polystyrene foam) concrete is a new type of lightweight, heat-insulating wall material based on waste polystyrene foam (EPS) aggregate and cement. The article introduced the technical measures for the wetting and bonding of polystyrene foam aggregate surface and cement slurry, and the key technology to improve the frost resistance. The determined mix ratio satisfies the basic requirements of the lattice building system [1]. The concrete can be used not only for inner and outer non-bearing walls and roofs, but also for other materials with higher water absorption.
