直廓环面蜗杆副,在重型机械传动中得到广泛应用,因其加工和装配工艺不够完善,往往达不到设计的传动指标。决定传动指标中极限承载能力的主要因素,是传动中发热及是否能从箱体内有效的排除。发热的主要因素就是轮齿啮合损失和轴承的摩擦损失,前者涉及到轮齿齿距精度和齿面粗糙度,后者主要是轴承装配的游隙及其在箱体内的轴向位置不当而产生的。本文就有关的资料及工厂装配的实践,就直廓环面蜗杆轴承的装配调整、润滑、试运转检查,做一较深入的探讨。
