一、引言随着把语言教学的重点由教学者转到以学习者为中心,课堂焦虑也受到了越来越多教育者的关注和重视。外语学习能否成功,很大程度上取决于学习者本身,而情感因素,尤其是英语课堂焦虑因素的作用不容忽视。经过作者的调查研究,发现英语课堂焦虑普遍存在于高中学生中。作者还发现,英语课堂焦虑与学生的课堂表现以及学习效率紧密相关。因此,为了帮助高中学生提高英语课堂效率,本文分析了高中学生产生英语课堂焦虑的主要原因,并提出了有效降低课堂焦虑的解决策略。
I. INTRODUCTION With the focus of language teaching being shifted from the learner to the learner-centered, classroom anxiety has drawn more and more attention and attention from educators. The success of foreign language learning depends largely on the learners themselves, and the emotional factors, especially the role of English classroom anxiety can not be ignored. After the author’s research, found that anxiety in English classrooms are common in high school students. The authors also found that anxiety in English classrooms is closely related to students’ classroom performance and learning efficiency. Therefore, in order to help high school students to improve English classroom efficiency, this paper analyzes the main reasons why high school students produce anxiety in English classroom and puts forward some solutions to effectively reduce anxiety in classroom.
