求线性放大电路的输入电阻和输出电阻,对于设计和实现电路的技术指标是十分重要的。按照传统的方法,利用微变等效电路求晶体管放大电路的输入电阻和输出电阻,这种方法对于刚开始学习电子线路的人感到不易接受。现在介绍的这种方法,只要借助于晶体管的结构和基本物理概念,利用简单的电路知识,就可以非常容易、简捷地求出单级或多级线性放大电路的输入电阻和输出电阻。
Seeking linear amplification circuit input resistance and output resistance, for the design and implementation of circuit specifications is very important. According to the conventional method, the input resistance and the output resistance of the transistor amplifier are obtained by using the micro-equivalent circuit. This method is not acceptable to those who have just started to learn the electronic circuit. The present method, which is now described, makes it easy and straightforward to find the input resistance and the output resistance of a single-stage or multi-stage linear amplification circuit by simply using the structure of the transistor and the basic physical concept and using simple circuit knowledge.
