据文献报告畸形发生率为10～20%。胎儿畸形的原因,除众所周知的遗传因素和近亲婚配外,下列因素也不容忽视。1.病毒感染。风疹、流感、单纯疱疹、乙型肝炎和水痘等12种病毒,都会通过胎盘感染胎儿。据测定,妊娠第1个月受病毒感染的致畸率为50%,第2个月为25%,第3个月为17%;孕初3个月内被上述病毒感染后,胎儿产生小头、无脑畸形、内脏畸形、脑积水、先天性聋哑和智力障碍等。
