各行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:为解决当前我省抵押贷款中存在的收费环节多、重复收费、乱收费和收费标准高等问题,切实减轻借款人的经济负担,创造宽松的经济发展环境,根据国家计委、财政部、国家经贸委、中国人民银行《关于整顿企业抵押贷款收费的通知》(计价格[2000]25号)精神,结合我省实际情况,省政府决定全面规范和整顿抵押贷款收费行为。现就有关事宜通知如下:
