没有万能药方拥有丰富领导经验的领导者往往会陷入“一服药方,永久治病”的误区。在过去的领导生涯中,领导者总结出了一些行之有效的激励方法与艺术,视作自己的独家秘方,但将之运用到现代的年轻下属身上时常常失去了过去应有的效果。形成这种现象的原因同样是领导者对领导艺术的权变理念理解不够。
Leaders who do not have universal prescriptions and who have extensive leadership experience tend to fall into the wrong eye of “treating each patient for a long time.” In the past leadership career, the leaders summed up some effective motivational methods and arts as their own exclusive secret, but they often lost their due effect when applied to the modern young subordinates. The reason for this phenomenon is also that leaders do not understand enough about the contingency concept of leadership art.
