随着国家经济的飞速发展,世界各国之间的交流更加密切,英语作为不同国家之间交流的主要语言,扮演者十分重要的角色。中国教育改革后,为了提高学生的英语能力,在小学阶段都已将英语作为一门考试学科,但效果并不是十分明显。我国英语教学现状中,学生在应试教育压力下被迫的学习英语,学校考试的形式主要停留于笔试,忽视了学生口语能力的培养。为了改变这种现状,在职业院校英语教学中应逐渐转变陈旧的教育方式,引进了一些先进的教学手段和模式。本文主要研究的就是翻转课堂模式在职业院校英语教学中的应用,以及翻转课堂模式教学的意义。
With the rapid development of the country’s economy, exchanges between countries in the world have become closer. As the main language of communication between different countries, English plays a very important role. After the education reform in China, in order to improve students’ English proficiency, English has been used as an examination subject in primary school, but the effect is not obvious. In the current situation of English teaching in our country, students are forced to learn English under the pressure of examination-oriented education. The form of school exam mainly stays on written examination, ignoring the training of students’ oral ability. In order to change this status quo, we should gradually change the old education methods in English teaching in vocational colleges and introduce some advanced teaching methods and modes. This article mainly studies the application of overturning classroom model in English teaching in vocational colleges and the significance of overturning classroom teaching.
