随着我国市场经济的飞速发展,在现代企业制度环境的不断完善和变化下,在全球经济一体化发展进程的影响下,我国企业还必须面对激烈的国际竞争,优胜劣汰已经成为我国企业不得不面对的残酷现实。目前,我国经济发展进入到新常态,很多企业的发展面临着新的机遇和挑战。面对环境的变化,烟草行业所面临的“大难题”逐渐凸显出来,卷烟产品销量逐年下滑、生产成本不断攀升、商业利润透支严重。面对增长的疲软,烟草工业企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中站稳脚跟,就必须尽快提升内部管理水平,加强烟草企业成本管理,这是摆在所有烟草企业面前的一个重要问题。本文将就我国烟草工业企业物流成本管理中存在的问题进行剖析,并探寻解决问题的有效策略,以期为促进我国烟草工业企业的发展提供有价值的参考。

This article will analyze the existing problems in logistics cost management of tobacco industry in China and explore effective strategies to solve the problems in order to provide valuable reference for the development of tobacco industry in our country.
