于1985—1989年用沈阳市草甸土和坡地棕壤为栽培基质,进行微区、盆栽和简栽试验.结果表明,在养分适量并对等的条件下,氯化铵处理的草莓、葡萄、李子、山楂果实的可溶性糖含量较尿素、硫铵处理分别高6.30%和7.09,20.5%和21.3%,15.24%和9.02%,5.33%和6.42%,统计差异显著,年份间趋势一致.果实糖/酸比亦以氯化铵处理最高,味感适口.氯化铵处理草莓、葡萄、李子、山楂果品中Vc含量亦较尿素、硫铵处理分别高6.80%和8.71%,17.8%和14.83%,8.66和7.35%,8.06%(尿素处理),4.69%和8.55%,统计差异显著.产量间虽有所高低,但统计差异不显著.
