氯化铵对园艺作物品质产量的影响

于1985—1989年用沈阳市草甸土和坡地棕壤为栽培基质,进行微区、盆栽和简栽试验.结果表明,在养分适量并对等的条件下,氯化铵处理的草莓、葡萄、李子、山楂果实的可溶性糖含量较尿素、硫铵处理分别高6.30%和7.09,20.5%和21.3%,15.24%和9.02%,5.33%和6.42%,统计差异显著,年份间趋势一致.果实糖/酸比亦以氯化铵处理最高,味感适口.氯化铵处理草莓、葡萄、李子、山楂果品中Vc含量亦较尿素、硫铵处理分别高6.80%和8.71%,17.8%和14.83%,8.66和7.35%,8.06%(尿素处理),4.69%和8.55%,统计差异显著.产量间虽有所高低,但统计差异不显著. In 1985-1989, using the meadow soil and slope brown soil in Shenyang City as the cultivation medium, the micro-area, potted and simplified planted experiments were carried out.The results showed that under the conditions of proper amount of nutrients and equal treatment, the ammonium chloride-treated strawberry and grape , The soluble sugar content of plum and hawthorn fruits was 6.30% and 7.09, 20.5% and 21.3%, 15.24% and 9.02%, 5.33% and 6.42% higher than those of urea and ammonium sulfate, respectively, with significant statistical difference and consistent trend between years. The ratio of sugar to acid was also the highest in ammonium chloride treatment, and the taste was palatable.Vc content in strawberries, grapes, plums and hawthorn fruits treated with ammonium chloride was also 6.80% and 8.71%, 17.8% and 14.83 higher than urea and ammonium sulfate respectively %, 8.66 and 7.35%, 8.06% (urea treatment), 4.69% and 8.55%, respectively, with significant statistical differences.
