(4)高温下合金的各种性质: 耐热材料的主要条件是可供高温条件下长时间使用。伴随着飞机和火箭等的发展则对高温下可供短时间使用的材料亦加以注视。一般的金属其强度均随着温度的上升而下降,经时效硬化的合金则产生过时效,经加工硬化的则因再结晶而发生软化现象。其次由于不同的合金在某一温度时新的相在缩晶粒界析出减弱,因而脆化。但产生此现象的温度及其速度则因合金种类之不同而各异,所以瞬时试验具有高强度的合金不一定都有很好的蠕变强度。现仅就以上所提各种合金中有代表性的几种在不同
(4) Various Properties of High Temperature Alloy: The main condition of the heat-resistant material is that it can be used for a long time under high-temperature conditions. With the development of aircraft and rockets, the materials that can be used for a short time under high temperature are also taken into consideration. Generally, the strength of metal decreases with the increase of temperature. The aging-hardened alloy is overaged and the work-hardened material softens due to recrystallization. Second, due to the different alloys at a certain temperature, the new phase in the shrinking grain boundary precipitation decreased, and thus embrittled. However, the temperature at which this phenomenon occurs and its speed vary depending on the type of alloy, so an alloy having a high strength in an instantaneous test does not necessarily have good creep strength.
