临床观察类综述的基础部分是参考文献,其主要作用是提供信息,依据文献资料所引出的结论能够给不同的读者以不同的指导作用,因此参考文献的选择关乎综述的质量。首先列举目前临床观察类综述存在的诸多问题,指出参考文献选择应用不当是核心问题,尤其强调应重视参考文献的科学性。科学性不足表现在诸如所选临床观察论文不设对照组,诊断或疗效标准欠缺,无统计学资料等等,针对于此,从界定时间、范围、关键词、检索工具,粗选与分类,评价资料,结论与验证等环节介绍选择文献资料的方法。强调评价资料具体细节,建议在文章体例中增加项目,即增加依据循证医学要求制定的文献纳入标准,以及方法学等方面内容的描述,保证参考文献的科学性。旨在从发挥参考文献对综述的基础性作用,认识临床观察类综述的研究性质、探究其写作规范,在提高综述质量上起到抛砖引玉的作用。

The purpose is to give play to the fundamental role of reference in reviewing, to recognize the nature of the research in clinical observation, to explore its norms of writing, and to be helpful in improving the quality of review.
