Tensile bending straightening is a very effective and widely used method of improving quality, from pickling lines to galvanizing lines, and has been used on all advanced strip processing equipment. In particular, this method can eliminate or substantially reduce such thick strip defects as unevenness, sickles or thinner edges. Tensile bending straightening is a greater tension, the number of reciprocating bending, the thickness of the strip produced partial plastic deformation, the strip has an irreversible extension of the deformation method.
