半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面大修或改造工程中,铣刨出的基层和面层废料若不进行回收和再利用,既浪费资源,又污染环境。本文将中面层铣刨料和基层铣刨料热再生后应用于大粒径透水性沥青混合料柔性基层。首先,测定了回收沥青和集料的技术性能;其次,对再生混合料进行了组成设计;最后,重点评价了设计混合料中粗集料骨架嵌挤程度和混合料的抗水损坏性能。结果表明,所设计的掺加基层和面层铣刨料的热再生大粒径透水性沥青混合料具有优良的路用性能,满足高速公路柔性基层的技术要求。该成果为高速公路半刚性基层沥青混凝土路面的大修和改造提供了有益的参考。
Semi-rigid base asphalt concrete pavement overhaul or renovation project, the milling of the grass-roots and surface waste if not for recycling and reuse, both waste of resources, but also pollute the environment. In this paper, the mid-level milling planing material and the grassroots milling planing material after the heat regeneration applied to large-size water-based asphalt mixture flexible grassroots. First of all, the technical performance of recycled asphalt and aggregate was determined. Secondly, the composition of recycled aggregate was designed. Finally, the degree of embedding of coarse aggregate in the design mixture and the water damage resistance of the mixture were evaluated. The results show that the thermal recycling large-size water-permeable asphalt mixture with primary and surface milling materials designed has excellent road performance and meets the technical requirements of expressway flexible grass-roots. The result provides a useful reference for the overhaul and reconstruction of expressway semi-rigid base asphalt concrete pavement.
