我国高等职业院校在近十年的发展过程中,为社会提供了大量的技术型人才,对社会的经济发展做出了巨大的贡献。在国外,早就出现了嫌弃合作共同发展的先例,我国在现代高等职业学校的发展过程中,校企合作也成为一种普遍现象,并且越来越深入。校企合作在促进高等职业教育发展的同时,校企合作的矛盾也日益凸显,这在一定程度上也影响了高职院校的人才培养。本文将从高职院校校企合作的现存问题入手,从而探究我国高等职业院校校企合作问题的解合理决途径。
In the course of nearly ten years of development, the higher vocational colleges in our country have provided a large number of skilled personnel to society and made tremendous contributions to the economic development of society. Abroad, there has long been a prejudice of disagreement and cooperation and common development. During the development of modern higher vocational schools in our country, the cooperation between schools and enterprises has also become a common phenomenon and more and more in-depth. While the cooperation between school and enterprise is promoting the development of higher vocational education, the contradiction between school and enterprise cooperation is also increasingly prominent, which to a certain extent also affects the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges. This article will start from the existing problems in the cooperation between colleges and enterprises in higher vocational colleges, so as to explore the solution to the problem of school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges in our country.
