提升发电企业职代会运行质量,对于提升职工工作积极性与主动性,为发电企业创造良好的内部运行环境,提升发电企业整体运行效率具有十分重要的意义。职代会作为发电企业重要的内部机构,是发电企业发展运行过程中很重要的助推器。本文拟针对提升发电企业职代会质量,应结合发电企业的实际,运用相关理论,提出完善职代会质量的相关建议和策略,以推动职代会更好的实践与发展。
It is of great significance to improve the enthusiasm and initiative of staff and workers, to create a good internal operation environment for power generation enterprises and to enhance the overall operation efficiency of power generation enterprises. As a major internal power generation company, the Workers Congress is a very important booster for the development and operation of power generation enterprises. This paper aims to improve the quality of power generation congress, should be based on the actual power generation companies, the use of relevant theories, put forward to improve the quality of the congress related recommendations and strategies to promote better practice and development of workers congress.
