目的 :探讨新疆阿魏蘑菇提取物对体外培养的肿瘤细胞生长的抑制作用。方法 :不同剂量阿魏蘑菇的水提物和醇提物(10 -1g/ml、10 -2 g/ml、10 -3 g/ml、10 -4 g/ml、10 -5g/ml、10 -6g/ml)与肿瘤细胞共培养 2 4h后 ,采用结晶紫染色及Bradford法测定人肝癌细胞株 (Q3 )、人胃癌细胞株 (MGC 80 3)、人宫颈癌细胞株 (Hela)、小鼠肺腺瘤细胞株 (SPC A 1)的细胞存活量及蛋白质合成。以大鼠正常肝细胞 (BRL)为正常对照细胞株。结果 :阿魏蘑菇水提物、醇提物 10 -1g/ml剂量组对各类型肿瘤细胞的生长及蛋白合成均有明显抑制作用 ;醇提物不同剂量组对肿瘤细胞生长及蛋白合成可产生不同程度的影响 ,对正常肝细胞的存活量无影响 ,但可促进肝细胞的蛋白合成。结论 :阿魏蘑菇提取物的抗肿瘤作用可能与其抑制肿瘤细胞生长及蛋白合成有关。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of Xinjiang fermented mushroom extract on the growth of tumor cells in vitro. Conclusion: The anti-tumor effect of extract of Pleurotus ferulae may be related to the inhibition of tumor cell growth and protein synthesis.
