采用MTT方法和脉冲场凝胶电泳方法 ,以人肝L0 2细胞株为研究对象 ,对没食子儿茶素没食子酸脂 (epigallocatechingallate ,EGCG)的辐射保护作用进行了研究。MTT结果表明 ,EGCG在 5— 5 0 μmol/L的浓度下 ,对细胞有明显的保护作用 ,并对细胞的修复有促进作用 ;脉冲场凝胶电泳方法结果显示 ,EGCG作用可减少辐射所致的DNA双链断裂水平。两者均显示EGCG可减少对辐射导致的细胞死亡
The protective effect of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) was studied by MTT method and pulsed-field gel electrophoresis using human liver L02 cell line as the research object. The results of MTT showed that EGCG had a protective effect on cells at the concentration of 5-50 μmol / L, and promoted the cell repair. The results of pulsed-field gel electrophoresis showed that EGCG could reduce the radiation DNA double-strand breaks. Both show that EGCG reduces radiation-induced cell death
