对教学过程实施有效监控,是促进教学工作不断改进、教育教学质量不断提高的重要手段,是教学质量监控的重要内容之一。本文就教学督导制度在高职院校教学质量监控中的作用、山东英才学院教学督导制度的形成与发展及目前督导员们的教学督导活动等做一简要介绍。
The effective monitoring of the teaching process is an important means to promote the continuous improvement of teaching work and the continuous improvement of education and teaching quality. It is one of the important contents of the monitoring of teaching quality. This article makes a brief introduction of the role of teaching supervising system in teaching quality control in higher vocational colleges, the formation and development of teaching supervising system in Shandong Yingcai University and the current teaching supervising activities of supervisors.
