在国际石油化工工程总承包中,EPC模式以其自身的各种优点,代表了现代工程项目管理的主流。国外石化工程EPC总承包项目风险和收益是一对永恒的矛盾,只有通过对项目风险的方方面面进行识别、分析、应对、监控和报告,才能使项目立于不败之地;本文介绍了我公司近期正投标的中东石化项目在前期所做风险分析及所采取的相应的风险控制建议。
In the general contracting of international petrochemical projects, EPC mode represents the mainstream of modern engineering project management with its own various advantages. The risks and benefits of EPC projects in overseas petrochemical projects are a pair of eternal contradictions. Only by identifying, analyzing, coping, monitoring and reporting on all aspects of the project risks can the projects be invincible. This article introduces our company The recent positive bidding of the Middle East Petrochemical project made in the previous risk analysis and risk control adopted by the corresponding recommendations.
