人力资源是生产力诸多要素中核心要素,是企业实现科学、可持续发展的战略资源。人力资源管理与开发,是现代企业管理的重要内容。目前,企业人力资源管理以业务素质提升,业绩考核评估,薪酬待遇激励等为主要内容。人力资源管理办法对企业的人力资源进行开发和管理,而忽视了思想观念转变,文化素质培养,价值动机引领为主要内容的思想政治工作在企业人力资源管理过程中的重要作用。
