1.阻塞原因及现状分析 某化肥厂重油裂解气化装置中有三台废热锅炉,主要用途是回收由重油气化炉产生的高温裂化气(H_2+CO)显热,使气体温度由1300~1350℃降到300~500℃。其结构为蛇形盘管锅炉,总传热面积为47m~2,正常情况下可产蒸汽9.36t/h,压力为5MPa,结构示意见图1。 此设备为立式筒体,内部有4根螺旋形盘管,高温气体由下面一个φ428×14mm的球形分配体分配到4根锅炉盘管中,自下而上分别沿直径为φ83×6、φ76×6、φ68×6、及φ60×5(尺寸单位为mm)的管流动,之后顺4根下降管至底部集气管流出。管材料下部为1Cr18Ni9Ti、上部为20g钢,价值约15万元/台。该
1. Obstruction Cause and Status Analysis There are three waste heat boilers in a fuel oil cracking and gasification plant of a fertilizer plant. The main purpose is to recover the sensible heat of high temperature cracked gas (H 2 + CO) produced by a heavy oil gasifier so that the gas temperature is increased from 1300 to 1350 ℃ down to 300 ~ 500 ℃.
