用不同浓度的柠檬酸铝、混合稀土及亚硒酸钠溶液浸泡温石棉1小时后,再将其与人胚肺(HEL)细胞共同孵育,测定培养液中的过氧化氢(H2O2)含量。结果显示,未经处理的温石棉可诱导HEL细胞产生H2O2,并呈明显的剂量反应关系。与未处理温石棉组相比,经3种化合物预处理的温石棉所致HEL细胞产生的H2O2量明显降低,其抑制率随化合物浓度的增加而增高,呈一定的剂量依赖性。结果表明,用3种化合物预处理温石棉,均可抑制其诱导HEL细胞产生H2O2。
The asbestos was soaked in different concentrations of aluminum citrate, mixed rare earth and sodium selenite solution for 1 hour, then incubated with human embryonic lung (HEL) cells to determine the content of hydrogen peroxide (H2O2). The results showed that untreated chrysotile can induce HEL cells to produce H2O2, and showed a dose-response relationship. Compared with untreated chrysotile, the amount of H2O2 produced by HEL cells pretreated with three compounds was significantly decreased, and the inhibition rate increased with the increase of compound concentration in a dose-dependent manner. The results showed that pretreatment of chrysotile with three compounds inhibited the induction of H2O2 by HEL cells.
