应用随机引物和聚合酶连锁反应对2种二倍体小麦品种──一粒小麦和乌拉尔图小麦(2n=2x=14)的遗传多样性进行了鉴定。放大产物的电泳分析结果表明:乌拉尔图小麦比一粒小麦具有较高的多态性发生率。应用Jaccard's互相似性系数进行了独特和配级多态放大产物的成对状态比较,用未加权配组算术平均数法(UPGMA)对苯基构成物进行了分析。UPOMA分析表明:一粒小麦比乌拉尔图小麦具有较高的相似性。RAPD数据分析有助于鉴定不同品种间基因型的遗传关系。
The genetic diversity of two diploid wheat cultivars, one wheat and two Urals maple (2n = 2x = 14) were identified by random primer and polymerase chain reaction. Electrophoretic analysis of the amplified product showed that Uralst wheat had a higher incidence of polymorphisms than one grain of wheat. The Jaccard’s similarity coefficient was used to compare the pairwise states of the unique and hierarchical polymorphic amplification products. The unmodified grouping arithmetic mean (UPGMA) was used to analyze the phenyl compounds. UPOMA analysis showed that a wheat had a higher similarity than the wheat of Urals. RAPD data analysis can help identify the genetic relationships among genotypes across breeds.
