快原子轰击质谱(FAB-MS)是近几年发展起来的一种质谱新技术,特别适于极性大、不易挥发和对热不稳定的化合物,已用于多肽、核酸及苷的结构测定。 碳苷化合物中含有多羟基,具有极性大、不易挥发的特性,普通的质谱技术为EI或CI,需合成适当的衍生物,才能得到满意的结果,我们应用FAB技术直接测定了4个碳苷化合物的质谱,结果发现这些质谱不但能给出化合物的准确分子量,而且还能够提供有关碳苷化合物结构方面的信息。

The common mass spectrometry techniques are EI or CI, and the appropriate derivatives need to be synthesized in order to obtain satisfactory results. We used FAB technique to directly measure 4 carbons As a result, it was found that these mass spectra not only give an accurate molecular weight of the compound, but also provide information on the structure of the glycoside compound.
